Waterloo Snow Removal takes snow removal requests from Waterloo and nearby — Northdale, Uptown Waterloo, Beechwood included. Here is exactly what we keep and why.

What we keep

Whatever you choose to send us. For a snow removal request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

Where it goes

To answer your request and pass it to the one vetted, independent snow removal contractor that covers Waterloo through this site. They contact you, quote in writing, and do the work under their own licences and insurance.

Analytics

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

Retention

Requests are kept for follow-up and bookkeeping, then deleted. Voicemails are removed on a regular cycle rather than kept indefinitely.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — email hello@waterloosnowremoval.ca. Under CASL we contact you only with your consent; reply STOP to any text, or email the same address, to withdraw it.
